4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within  07 days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
